Now in its 28th year, the Australian Achiever Awards are based on detailed assessments from businesses’ own customers and clients, with performance measured across eight key service criteria. In this year’s awards, Lánluas received consistently excellent scores in all areas of time-related service, client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, referral and overall perception.
