Lánluas Consulting, a leading provider of enterprise systems solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new client directors, Elio Rillo, Jim Hatzistavrou and Steve Victor, to its team. The trio will help drive further global growth of the company’s TechnologyOne services and licenced product solutions.
Adelaide-based Elio joins Lánluas from Amplify-Now where he was Head of Growth for the past five years. Elio has extensive experience working for start-up organisations as well as large global technology providers.
He has previously worked for Telstra, Gartner Australasia, Deloitte, JDS Australia, and Fuji Xerox. His experience engaging with government, enterprise and corporate accounts in ICT enterprise solutions includes enterprise business software, operational software, hardware, services, consulting, cloud, and managed services.
Elio has responsibility for the global rollout of the Lánluas licenced product solutions suite that covers accounts payable and process automation, intelligent planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and system integration with products such as Xtracta, Nintex, Board, Anaplan, and Lánluas’ own DatamationTM.

Jim, a Melbourne-based senior business technology solutions and consulting services account executive, has strong sales and business development capabilities. Over the past decade, Jim has worked in solution development and delivery of ERP, supply chain and cloud solutions in large, complex organisations. Previous employers include Atturra, IFS Australia, TechnologyOne, Oakton Services and Infor Global Solutions.
Jim’s role will focus on Australia, with a specific emphasis on driving growth in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
Steve Victor will take up the role of Country Manager for New Zealand. Based in Auckland, Steve is an enterprise sales manager with more than fifteen years’ experience with medium to large ANZ organisations. He brings a vast working knowledge and deep expertise in sales leadership, sales discipline, and in supporting clients across every operational level. He has previously worked for MYOB Australia and New Zealand, OneNet in Auckland, and Insite Technology (Renaissance Corporation) in Christchurch.
