When an Australian industry superannuation fund for workers in the health and community services sectors approached Lánluas about advisory services for TechnologyOne, we jumped at the opportunity to help them get set up. The challenge we faced
Having already flagged TechnologyOne as their chosen enterprise solution, our industry super fund client soon found themselves lacking the expertise needed for the initial implementation. In other words, they had access to a big, fancy enterprise software solution – but no idea how to use it!
There are hundreds of ways to benefit from TechnologyOne. Our client just needed help tailoring the experience for their own team and business. Lánluas was brought on as a strategic partner to augment the TechnologyOne configuration, and to act as an ongoing advisor on its use, to achieve best outcomes.
The solution we offered
Initially, our team of experts worked with the client to set up the software solution. Our role was to act as the client’s in-house TechnologyOne expert: to align the design with business requirements; to augment the client’s project team with capacity and capability; and to train business users as new functionality was adopted.
More specifically, we assisted with:
- Ci Anywhere Financials augmentation – initial workshops, through design, configuration, testing and go-live, and ensuring business stakeholders were onboard at every stage of the project.
- Implementation of Lánluas’ Datamation™ – accounts payable/supplier invoice processing automation solution, extracting data from supplier invoices and importing that data seamlessly into TechnologyOne, with over 99% accuracy.
Having worked with this client for over 18 months now, we’ve taken them on a journey from ‘confused’ to ‘confident’, ensuring their team is comfortable using the suite of solutions available to them through TechnologyOne. This has involved the delivery of key user and end-user training, consulting support during go-live, and further functional enablement.
Further enablement of TechnologyOne includes Enterprise Budgeting, Ci Anywhere Analytics and Dashboards, XLONE Report writing and training, ETL business solutions, third party system integrations, forms enhancements, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, new entity and bank account configuration.
The client now utilises our Supported Application Service (SAS) for system administration and BAU requests with a dedicated account manager.
